Pranic Healing® is a gentle, no‑touch energy‑clearing session that helps your system release heaviness, reset, and return to a natural state of balance. This appointment includes time for settling in, the full healing session, and a simple closing conversation so you know what to expect afterward.
Your visit begins with a 10‑minute check‑in, where we talk briefly about how you’re feeling and what you’d like support with that day. This gives you space to settle, breathe, and get comfortable before the energy work begins.
- You’ll then receive 30 minutes of Pranic Healing®, which includes:
- Energetic scanning to sense areas of congestion or depletion
- Clearing heavy or stagnant energy from the aura and energy centers
- Replenishing the system with fresh, balanced energy
- Targeted support for any emotional or energetic concerns you mention
We end with a 10‑minute closing, giving you space to share how you felt during the session and receive guidance on what you may notice over the next few days as your energy continues to settle and integrate.
