The 1st generation Ford Bronco presents many challenges when it comes to installing a high-quality audio system. The factory speaker location is limited to a single small dash speaker, the limited footwell space and parking brake limit kick panel options, and everything has to be able to handle the elements of an open-top vehicle. Born out of years of experience building custom Broncos, TPD HiFi has the answer!

Our audio kit combines the legendary Morel Virtus Carbon Nano 6-inch speaker with TPD’s revolutionary shallow kick panel for a total depth of just 1.5”, allowing plenty of clearance for your feet and a functional parking brake. We then add a 4-channel Musway amplifier with built-in DSP and a Musway powered 7-inch subwoofer for a 6-channel, audiophile-quality sound system, 100% designed around your classic Bronco.

We’ve also integrated the RetroSound Huntington Bluetooth AM/FM receiver into the system. Designed to fit perfectly into the stock Bronco dashboard, the Huntington offers the retro aesthetic of the original Ford AM radio while providing modern functionality. The Huntington Motor 4HD option lets you play music and make calls from your iPhone or Android device, play music from a USB drive or portable audio player, and listen to AM/FM radio. It includes the SiriusXM tuner kit, which will give you satellite radio capability and HD radio.

Not familiar with tuning DSPs? No problem! We preload our base tune into the amplifier so you can fine-tune with your head unit’s audio settings. In addition, we include mounting brackets for the amp and powered subwoofer that allow them to be mounted out of sight. To top it off, we provide a pre-wired harness and installation instructions. Everything you need for an easy installation is included—except for your source (head unit).
