Usage

How do I take it?

Take 1 to 3 sachets (5-15g) per day, diluted in a glass of water (250ml).

Please be aware that this product does clear out the built-up material and toxins in the digestive system.  This does take around 4-12 hours to kick in, but make sure you are close to a bathroom during the use of pHlush.
