Supplied by Unique Food Machinery Ltd, this heavy-duty gas stock pot stove is built for demanding daily use and is ideal for cooking large pots of soups, sauces, curries, stews, stocks, rice, and other high-volume dishes.

Manufactured from high grade stainless steel, the UP-1M features a strong cast iron burner and a heavy-duty cast iron grate, giving excellent durability and reliable cooking performance. The unit is supplied as Natural Gas as standard and includes LPG conversion jets, making it suitable for a range of commercial kitchen setups.
