Herkunft und Aufbereitung

Er wächst in den Central Highlands von Vietnam, einer der wichtigsten Robusta-Regionen der Welt. Vietnam ist für seine große Canephora-Produktion bekannt, doch viele Produzenten verbessern zunehmend Selektion, Qualitätskontrolle und Aufbereitung.

Die Wet-Polished-Aufbereitung nutzt Wasser unter Druck, um Pergamentreste zu entfernen und die optische Gleichmäßigkeit der Bohnen zu verbessern. Das Ergebnis ist ein Robusta mit saubererem Erscheinungsbild, guter Konstanz und einer Tassenstruktur, die besonders für Stärke, Crema und Stabilität geeignet ist.
