P30F is a 30cm (12″) subwoofer designed for a 28,3-liter-closed cabinet or a 40-liter-bass-reflex one. Regarding the performances, it announces 400 Watts RMS and a frequency response from 27 to 500Hz. The largest of the other 2 Flax subwoofers, it provides powerful bass without compromise and high SPL. Performance and high acoustic pressure lovers will be won over by this subwoofer! .

The three Flax subwoofers consist of straightforward 4-Ohm voice coils which are perfectly suited for small enclosures (closed or bass-reflex). Several innovations raise their performance to an even higher level. Each model of subwoofer has a dual magnet, offering improved linearity and ensuring optimal magnetic power delivered to the voice coil, which features a new cooling system. Glass fiber has been used for the mounting of the voice coil, making it more robust while protecting the cone from the heat emitted. Last but not least, the new fixings connecting the cone to the voice coil and the spider to the basket improve reliability for extreme use (very high excursion). .

Sadly, it isn't. For a latex pillow, this IS really nice. It is comfortable and solid latex - hard to find. It is medium-firm and has decent spring back. But for me, it doesn't have enough sink. It is actually too firm and I felt my neck was cranked all night (I am 5'6", 135#, side sleeper, ordered the 6.5" one). I do think the cooling Purple grid works pretty well but at the same time, I could feel the grid under my pillow case. The pillow is very heavy.

It’s $30 to return and quickly STINKS from body heat

Original review about $30 return below, but since it cost to return I gave it to my husband. He’s a hot sleeper so other than this pillow we’ve switched to all cotton, linen or wool bedding and it’s made a huge difference. (Polyester is plastic so it reflects your heat back to you and makes you sweat more and doesn’t breathe.) I truly would not have kept this pillow except $30 felt like a waste just to return and he got excited about it. So okay, it’s his. Well I’m the laundry queen in our household (he does all dishes) and I realized very quickly this pillow would need to be washed OFTEN. Like, once a week is NOT enough. Something about body heat and this material smells HORRIBLE. Washing it is obviously not easy, so I handwash the outer layer of the pillow with a very gentle soap (bought for silk). And then it has to hang dry. It doesn’t matter. I can clean it perfectly, no smell remaining whatsoever, but after two nights, it’s so strong I can smell it JUST STANDING NEAR THE BED. Look. I mentioned my hubs sleeps hot, sure. But he’s hygienic. This should not be such an issue. It’s never been an issue with any other pillows. The smell doesn’t even smell like him or like B.O. or anything. It’s awful and legitimately churns my stomach. But can I throw out the stupid $200 thing? Noooo. Now he’s attached. And I’m spending hours of my life each week washing it to keep from feeling sick sleeping near it at night. And to avoid having wasted $200. Hate this thing. DON’T BUY THIS STUPID PILLOW. Dropping from 2 stars to 1 Because of the smell. Original review: I thought I could buy this and see if the height would work for me. It didn’t, and pinched my neck instead. But now the *only* way to return it is to ship through UPS (not return to the UPS Store or Kohl’s or Whole Foods, which would be free). I was going to return it and try a different size, but such a high price just to *try* it is not worth it to me. I’ve returned much larger (defective) items in the past without hassle or cost (like an entire heavy duty garage shelf with broken pieces). Had I known, I would not have ordered in the first place, so I hope this saves someone else. As for the pillow itself, it was unique, but I couldn’t even really lay my head on it for more than a moment until I had let it air out for more than a week. It REEKED upon arrival. My husband said it smelled like ozone, and my brother compared it to the inside of an airplane. It burned my throat if I tried to lay on it for more than about 30 seconds at a time. Two and a half weeks later, the smell is still slightly there. So even if it was comfy for me, I would not keep this pillow.
