BLANKET PROCESSING TIME: Each item is custom & made to order. Turn around time January 1st through November 15th is 7-10 business days. From November 15th through December 31st, turn around time is 10-12 business days. Please allow time for shipping. **If you need a rush order, please contact us**(Rush orders may be subject to additional fee)
SHIPPING INFO: All items are shipped via UPS. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date. Once your package is received and scanned by UPS we no longer have control over the amount of time it takes to arrive at its final destination. All orders shipped have tracking numbers. You can find yours in the automated email that is sent once your order is marked as shipped. We recommend searching your tracking number on UPS.COM for the most up-to-date information.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Refunds are not accepted at this time. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. (Excluding Rush Orders) Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your item. (Excluding customized items with names, dates, etc.)
MAMAHUG GUARANTEE: (Manufacturer error) If something is wrong with your item within the first 60 days of purchase, MamaHugCreations will replace the item for you at no extra charge for the item. (shipping rates may apply) This includes manufacturer defects, this does not include improper item care.
