Fresh Neera is now heated to evaporate the moisture content in the neera. Once Neera turns into a thick syrup, it is poured into coconut shells or other molds and cooled down. Unlike Palm trees, coconut neera is available through out the year making is very easier to avail throughout the year. We are working to bring a youtube video soon on the complete process. Our Jaggery is fresh and free from any preservatives or chemicals. It is far more healthier and natural compared to the refined sugar available in the market.
