This generous sized jar has a capacity of 5 litres / 5000ml which is perfect for fermenting a large quantity then decanting into small jars to store for a later time.

The silicone lid with air lock, allows gas to be released but does not allow air to enter the jar during the fermentation process.
The clever design of the silicone sheet and glass weight, ensures that the contents are submerged under the brine to prevent any spoilage.
