All our wood used for production is bought in small batches and sustainably sourced.
As a result of our products being natural and hand-crafted the size and shape may vary slightly with each product.
Important things to remember.
- Olive wood requires some periodic care.
- Only hand wash, never put in the dishwasher. Once washed, dry immediately.
- Regularly using a neutral oil (such as olive oil) and a soft cloth to oil the surfaces of the wood will bring the grain's natural beauty alive, then let it absorb the oil for an hour.

SHIPPING
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.
UK delivery usually takes 1 - 3 working days, international delivery can take 2 - 10 working days depending on the delivery service and destination.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason, please contact us to arrange a replacement or a refund.
If for any reason a return is required, please call or email us and we will provide a shipping label.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have 14 days after notifying us of the cancellations to return the goods back to us. The goods must be returned back in its original condition and packaging. A refund will then be issued.
