作者簡介
李儀婷
小說家，親子教養暢銷作家。現任「新店炫心星自學團」閱讀課專業教師、親子教養與溝通專業講師。
是臺灣六年級最具史詩敘述魅力的小說家，文學創作有《流動的郵局》、《10個男人11個壞》、《生命的眼睛》、《風雨中的郵路》、《卡里布彎．數學獵人》、《九份地底有條龍》等，亦曾任紀錄片副導、音樂舞臺劇總監製等。
養育三個可愛的孩子，分別是三三、川川、一一。從親子關係的衝突中，體察教養的重要，學習將薩提爾模式導入家庭關係中，開啟家庭和諧的契機。多年來融合多方學習和自身教養的經驗，於臺灣、新加坡、馬來西亞開辦親子教養與溝通工作坊，亦受邀至各級學校演講，以薩提爾模式處理親子溝通與人際溝通。
著有教養書《薩提爾的親子對話》、《薩提爾的親子情緒課》（天下文化），以及《孩子永遠是對的》（遠流）。

林韋達
出生台北，小時候住台中神岡，喜歡畫畫，偶而說故事，喜歡動物，喜歡大自然。希望能用繪畫讓世界變有趣。

Grateful!

I’m going through intensive medical treatments at the moment, so the very last thing I need to be worried about is doing dishes and using all my energy doing so. Extra large paper bowls are sturdy, affordable, and make clean up a breeze.

I like the convenience of paper plates and these large deep dish plates are perfect for microwave cooking. They handle large dinners, pasta, stuffing and vegetables with no problems and without any leaking, and are a good value for the price. They look stylish and make clean up less of a chore. You can't go wrong with Dixie paper products. They're sturdy, fun, and last through the meal.
