The mechanics are extremely precise and reactive thanks to the use of blue steel springs and Pisoni pads. The instrument is not lacquered and with a nice bluing to protect it from oxidation. This type of finish leaves the body of the instrument with greater possible vibration and allows for a sound that is very close to vintage instruments. The instrument comes with a nice backpack case with two pockets to hold sheet music and other accessories, cleaning cloth, cork grease, mouthpiece and burnished ligature. All Ida Maria Grassi instruments have a 4-year warranty.
