蔡心儀
 
　　1970年生於臺北市，國立成功大學中國文學系畢業，法國巴黎第二大學新聞系碩士。大學畢業後，做過幾年廣告文案，後來到巴黎留學，學了兩年藝術、兩年新聞傳播，然後在巴黎結婚生子。除了照顧小孩、當家庭主婦，也翻譯童書，譯有《生活科技大透視》等書。
