This painting is from a drive I took to visit my husband in Oklahoma City.
I recommend framing this painting with a mat that has an 8”x10” opening – so, look for a frame that says 8”x10” mat, or 8”x10” art/photo. The interior dimensions of the frame itself will be larger. Framing with an 8”x10” mat will give you some white space around the painting and allow you to see the full painting; plus, I like the “natural” edge of the painting.
You can also choose a 5”x7” mat, but it will cover up a small portion of the painting and you won’t have the extra white space. You can find some inexpensive frame options here.
