Its Movement Index tracks steps, calories, workouts, and non-exercise activity to give a full picture of daily movement. The Dynamic Recovery Score provides real-time insights based on heart rate variability, heart rate, and skin temperature. It also includes women’s health features such as cycle tracking and pregnancy mode through PowerPlugs. Stress tracking is enhanced with circadian rhythm-aware analysis, while the Workout Mode supports 20+ sport modes with heart rate monitoring. Additional smart features include the Stimulant Window Recommender for personalized caffeine timing and Circadian Phase Alignment for optimizing sleep schedules through temperature minima tracking.
