General Health: Take one capsule daily.

Eye Health: Take three capsules daily.
Mood Balance: Take six capsules daily.
Healthy Triglyceride Levels: Take seven capsules daily.
Blood Pressure and Joint Support: Take five capsules, twice daily.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding:
