지유, 수아, 시연, 유현, 다미로 구성된 5인조 신인 걸그룹 밍스(MINX)가 귀엽고 발랄한 모습으로 중무장해 신인의 패기로 당당히 여름 걸그룹 대전에 뛰어들었다.

지난해 데뷔했지만, 다시 신인의 마음으로 돌아가 재데뷔한다는 생각으로 ''심기일전(心機一轉)''했다는 멤버들의 이야기처럼 밍스의 이번 컴백에는 많은 고민과 이야기가 담겨있다. 밍스(MINX)의 새 앨범 < Love Shake >는 동명의 타이틀곡 ''Love Shake''를 포함해 ''Superstar Superman'', ''나도 너처럼'', ''Shut up'', ''Love Shake (DJ Stereo Club Mix)'' 등 총 5곡이 수록됐다.
타이틀곡 ''Love Shake''는 히트 작곡가 남기상이 만든 노래로 2012년 6월 달샤벳의 정규 1집 에 수록된 노래를 리메이크해 밍스의 색깔에 맞게 재탄생시켰다. ''말괄량이''라는 뜻인 그룹명 ''밍스(MINX)''에 걸맞은 발랄함과 흥겨운 리듬이 더해진 여름에 잘 어울리는 댄스곡이다.
밍스의 첫 번째 미니앨범은 이외에도 강렬한 리듬과 통통 튀는 가사가 매력적인 락댄스 ‘Superstar Superman’, 밍스의 가창력을 엿볼 수 있는 슬프고 애절한 발라드곡 ‘나도 너처럼’, 발랄한 밍스의 이미지와 상반된 강한 비트의 ‘Shut up’, 트렌디한 클럽 스타일로 리믹스한 ‘Love Shake (DJ Stereo Club Mix)’ 등 다양한 음악들로 채워졌다.
