This joints outer shell is machined to 1. 795 in. o. d. with a flanged edge and is designed to be driven into the bushing bore on the gear case casting side of the TJ LJ XJ MJ Dana 30 or 44 frontend housings to replace the stock rubber bushing. Features a 7 16 in. thru bolt hole and includes a 7 16 in. greasable bolt.

Worth it if you dont want your oil cap to get damaged.

I used to use a regular filter clamp form by oil filter cap and it was damaging it. I bought this and it was definitely worth it. If anyone is wondering I have a 2007 bmw 335i e93 and it was a perfect fit.

Actually works on BMW!
I purchased this after the shorter black fluted tool I bought last year failed me. This thing is way better constructed, fits perfect , and actually works to turn it after you can’t turn it by hand any further. Was able to get torqued down to 25nm no problem finally with ease!
