Beef Extract and Enzymatic Digest of Gelatin provide essential nitrogenous sources and carbohydrates for bacterial growth. Agar is the gelifying agent. There is a choice of 3 sizes - 500g, 2kg, and 10kg.
PREPARATION: Mix 64 grams of the medium in one liter of purified water until evenly dispersed. Heat with repeated stirring and boil for one minute to dissolve completely. Distribute and autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
