Starting with looks, ours come with gloss black painted lowers that have our TB logo cast into them. Now available with black titanium nitride coated uppers for a fierce black on black look!

Adult weighted springs better suited for adult MX riders when compared to the very soft OEM springs made for kids to slowly trail ride. These forks pair great with our 250 & 300lb+ DNM rear shocks. Next is the dampening rods. They have been ported to match the heavier springs giving you improved dampening and rebound to keep the front end stable and not just a bouncy “pogo” stick. It is also lengthened giving you extra travel! Finally, we intergraded an OEM style bushing/guide inside the fork bottom for added strength that the original Kawasaki KLX110L forks do not have. Altogether you cannot beat the “out of the box” performance and value this complete fork set offers.

Titanium nitride coated uppers don’t just enhance the look, they are extremely functional in this application. First it is about two times harder (on the Vickers hardness scale) compared to traditional chrome coated uppers. This will greatly improve wear and scratch resistance to improve the reliability and life of your fork set. The next big advantage in this application is lubricity. The smoother coating helps the uppers glide through the fork seals and bushings for an even more consistent smooth action.

TiN coating is applied using a process called physical vapor deposition (PVD). 

Installations notes:

• These come with 15wt fork oil
• For best results – you can drain and refill with 5.5oz of your choice of quality fork oil ( if you 100% disassemble you can refill with 6oz of oil)
• Replacement fork seals TBW1615
• Emulators for OEM KLX110 forks do not fit our TB forks. Not to mention they reduce travel, require installation, require adjustments to dial in/work properly, & they are relatively costly

Standard Height KLX110 & KLX110R: Ride Height and Rear Shock Recommendations – These forks will raise the front end of your KLX110(R). You can only drop them down in the OEM triple clamp 30mm at most. This gives you an extra inch of ride height up front so we recommend you at least have an HD rear shock like these TBW1201 or TBW1202 to even it back out . Starting with the 2010 KLX110 you can also mimic the KLX110L by upgrading to a L size rear shock like TBW1205 or TBW1206 and running the forks fully extended (The L shock will bolt up to 2010+ KLX110s). NEW TBW1856 +10mm, 300LB for 2002-2009 KLX110s only*

Disclaimer: We have extensive racing/jumping testing on this fork design. They are designed very much like the OEM hydraulic telescopic forks with the exception of the features listed above. You can still bend these just as OEM forks will bend when over jumped or flat land. For best results and a long life, do not flat land jumps, and do not jump ramps larger than you would expect the factory forks to withstand (without bending). Considering inverted fork conversions cost three times this bolt on option – these are an unbeatable value!
