- It has a tube heat exchange that incorporates fast temperature recovery.
- The fry tanks are stainless steel, and are pressure blasted to give them a smooth finish and make them easy-to-clean.
- Both the front and door are stainless steel, and the sides are made of galvanized steel.
- The fryer baskets are nickel-plated and the fryer comes with casters (legs are optional).
- For an efficient full drainage the drain valve for this unit is full port and 1.25" in diameter. There are three tube burners, each 30,000 BTUs. The thermostat is snap action, and has a range of 200 to 400° Fahrenheit (93 to 204° Celsius).
