This tool was originally designed by Motion Pro over 20 years ago. Since then many of our competitors have tried to copy this tool, but none of them has got it quite right. Over the years we have added several new, not so obvious, features that enhance the function and durability of this tool. You won't find those features on the copycat versions. You can only get the original and best folding chain tool from Motion Pro.

I have yet to use this jig, but on initial inspection it is well made and no doubt will withstand a lot of use. The machining of the threads was rough on the one I received, but after screwing in the guides a couple times the operation became smoother. Probably lack of cleanup after anodizing left in the threads. Other than that it looks like it will be useful and longer lasting than many of the plastic jigs out there.
