Slimline - My new Modular Drawer System!

Presenting my new "Slimline" Packout Drawer system, dedicated to storing the smaller and slimmer Milwaukee M12 or M18 tools! Normally my drawer inserts require splitting the drawer in half for wider tools like the M12 Pin Nailer. Tools such as the M12 Die Grinder fit in a space much smaller than the standard half split so I developed this extra system to work in addition to my large Drawer inserts.

Each new tool insert I design for my "Slimline" range will have 3 custom file variations included to accommodate your insert on either the left, middle or right section of the drawers.

Features - Super Flexible Design

• Maximum Storage Space - x3 Files variants included to support the left, middle or right section of the drawer (pre-split or single part print files included for each). These files custom designed to each section of the drawer ensure you maximise the usable storage space.

• Custom collet and wrench holder - designed to sit inside the main top insert to hold your extra gear securely. Featuring two small tabs that will help keep the print in place.

• Double Layer Design - Designed to have a full removable top layer to reveal even more storage underneath. The files for the includes different variants for different divider layouts for even more personal customisation.

• Custom Die Grinder Bit Storage - Custom designed racks for storing your assortment of Die Grinder bits simply slot into the bottom storage insert. Use the "Version 3" of the bottom insert that includes the two built in dividers to properly house these bit storage racks. To remove a bit from the tray, simply push down on the head and the tail end will pivot up thanks to the space below the head.

• M12 Battery Storage - Easily fit a 2.0 M12 Battery in the top insert as well other supplies.

• 2 & 3 Drawer Support - The inserts have been designed to be compatible with both the 2 and 3 Drawer Packout units. They will be most effective when used in the 3 Drawer units as that is what the depth of the insert has been based on, although they will still fit the 2 Drawer if you'd prefer.

Important Notes:

• Stock Milwaukee Drawer Dividers -Since this a fully custom contained storage system, there's no need for the stock Milwaukee Drawer Dividers. These dividers would waste space which would allow for expanded storage space inside the inserts. Please remember that you can't use my inserts and the stock dividers at the same time.

• Slimline VS my Standard Drawer Inserts - As the "Slimline" Inserts split the drawer into thirds thus won’t be cross compatible with my larger drawer inserts that split the drawer into halves if they’re in the same drawer. Simply designate a drawer for containing Slimline or Standard drawer inserts. Designs for my “Slimline” system are labelled with the blue logo seen on the thumbnail or main cover image above.
