The black DPA 4671 CORE is a miniature, moisture-resistant lavalier microphone with heavy-duty construction designed for use with wireless systems for broadcast, performance, and electronic news gathering (ENG) applications. The low-sensitivity electret-condenser capsule can handle loud presenters, speakers, and performers and delivers crisp, clear, and intelligible audio, while the rugged yet unobtrusive design is well suited to the demands of professional live stage work and presentations.

The 4671 is a heavy-duty version of the mic built with stainless-steel housing, a thicker 2.2mm cable, and reinforced strain relief enabling the microphone to withstand rough conditions is a variety of difficult working environments.

The capsule uses DPA's CORE technology to deliver a 97 dB dynamic range with a 14 dB reduction in noise over the Legacy model. The mic features a fixed protective EQ grid with a low-cut filter at 100 Hz and a high-boost of approximately +5 dB in the 4 to 6 kHz range. This EQ curve gives the mic improved clarity for chest-placement, making the 4671 popular for journalists and news crews.

With an SPL rating of 144 dB, the microphone is more than capable of handling loud speakers, vocalists, and presenters. The 4671 CORE is powered by 5 to 10V plug-in power from a wireless transmitter and features a modular design using a Microdot output connector.

Modular System Featuring Microdot Connector
Compatible Wireless Transmitters
  • Various: Works with various transmitters via a compatible adapter (available separately).
  • The modular design allows you to adapt the 4671's Microdot connector to a wide variety of transmitters simply by purchasing the compatible adapter—saving you the expense of buying another microphone.
Optional XLR Adapter for Wired Applications
The DAD6001 Microdot to 3-pin XLR adapter (available separately) allows you to power the 4671 from 12 to 48V phantom power for wired applications.

A Heavy-Duty, Broadcast-Quality Lavalier That's Built to Last
Miniature Mic with a Crisp, Clear Sound
The 4671 CORE features a 5.4mm capsule that gives the mic a discreet, low-profile visual appearance. The vertical diaphragm design offers a clear and natural sound optimized for the human voice.

Steel Housing, Moisture-Resistant Construction
Made for situations where you require maximum security and where the visual size of the mic is less important, this heavy-duty version of the mic features stainless steel housing and a thick 2.2mm Kevlar-reinforced cable with a heavy-duty strain relief. With its double-vent protection system, the 4671 is certified IP58 for dust and moisture resistance and built to survive the constant twists, bends, and pulls that are part of everyday use in harsh environments.

Low-Cut Filter and High-Boost EQ for Chest Placement
To maximize speech intelligibility, the 4671 features a presence boost of typically 5 dB at 4 to 6 kHz to compensate for dampened consonants that can often occur when the mic is placed on the talent's chest. A low-cut filter at 100 Hz has been incorporated in the 4671's capsule, so the built-in preamplifier (and the wireless system) will have more headroom for clear, distortion-free audio. Additionally, the low-cut filter removes low-frequency rumble, noise, and proximity effect.

Lower Sensitivity for Loud Vocals, Speech, and Instruments
The 4671 CORE features a less sensitive capsule designed for loud speech and vocal performances at levels up to 144 dB SPL before clipping. It also makes the mic well suited to concealment in clothing and costumes and allows the mic to be hidden at the subject's hairline without overloading the input levels.

Omnidirectional Polar Pattern
The forgiving omnidirectional pickup pattern captures sound from all around the mic and provides a consistent frequency response, even for off-axis sound. This helps to supply clear, intelligible speech and vocals, even when the talent turns away from the microphone.

Additional Options
This version of the DPA 4671 CORE does not include mounts, windscreens, or clips; they are available separately.
  • The SCM0032-B 2-Way Dual Clip allows you to mount two lavs for broadcasting.
  • The SCM0013-B 4-Way Clip offers a variety of flexible positioning choices for up, down, left, and right mounting.
  • To hide the mic, the DMM0021 Concealer attaches safely and securely to clothing and costumes and is designed to resist clothing and rustling noise.
  • Foam windscreens to reduce breath and plosive noises are available in multiple colors choices to match clothing.

Must-Have for Dog Owners (Whow have dogs that like to fetch)
Style: 2.5" Ball
Soon as this launcher arrived I went outside with the dogs to try it out. Long story short: This is a great fetch toy. I am able to launch the ball pretty far with little to no effort, and picking the ball back up is as easy as grabbing it with my own hand. The toy itself is very sturdy, so much so this is the only fetch-toy I'll ever have to buy. Considering how durable it is, I don't think I'll ever need to buy a replacement. I believe Chuck-It is the most popular option, and because this is the first fetch-toy I purchased, I can't really compare it to anything else. A few outlier reviews said the ball was difficult to launch, and I have to disagree. It has been so easy to use I can't possibly see what the problem is. And no, upper body strength is not a factor as I virtually have none. People can get great distance (Half the length of a football field by my eye) in one simple, easy motion. And if other products can launch the ball farther, so what? How far is far enough? Is your dog going to throw a fit because it went 40 meters instead of 50? No. They will not. For anyone upset this toy doesn't launch far enough, ask yourself this: Is the toy for their dog? Or the human who bought it? The bottom line is this: It feels like it's built to last, it's inexpensive, and it does what it is supposed to do. So long as a toy is "good enough" I don't see the point in splitting hairs and trying to determine which fetch toy is the absolute best. Saying it's good enough is a bit misleading though. I can't imagine how a dog toy like this could be any better. It's a must-have for any dog owner. Unfortunately, only one of my pups likes to fetch...

It wont hurt my elbow or wrist ( way better than before when I was wearing myself out ) I don’t know how I ever got along without it!! It's a must have if your dog loves playing ball. :-) Update: I've had this For 7 Months Now- it looks and works Great just like the day I bought it- Thumbs up!

Better Design - Better Materials - No Sticking
Style: 2.5" Ball
Been using Chuck-It launchers and plastic balls for a very long time and they were always a little sticky on giving up the ball. This makes it tricky to throw grounders with precision and can overshoot the fence in the backyard. A couple of years ago, Chuck-It changed the material to a stiffer plastic that made this problem more pronounced. I even tried custom sanding the cup to get just the right grip. The Fetch-It launcher (using the Chuck-It plastic balls) uses a three-pronged claw with soft rubbery ends that releases perfect every time. The material costs on this new one are noticeably higher while maintaining a somewhat lower price than the brand name original.

Meh
Style: 2.5" Ball
It "works" but it isn't very good. The grip is so loose on the ball, it lets go early and doesn't thrown very far. A Chuckit is so much better, I can get 3x the distance with a 25" Chuckit. This thing is kind of a waste.

🧦 Simple & Effective – ZenToes Moisturizing Socks Review ✨
Color: Green Gingham & Multi Plaid, Size: Regular
These ZenToes moisturizing socks are such a smart and effective solution for dry, cracked heels! I really like that they only cover the heels instead of the whole foot—no hot, sweaty toes, which is a huge plus. They come in a pack of two, and for the price, it’s a great value. I also found that they fit well and stayed in place overnight. They were a bit snug around my foot, but still comfortable enough to wear. What really impressed me is how well they work. The socks are nice and thick, and after just one use overnight, my heels were noticeably smoother. Even better—the results lasted about a week without needing any extra lotion, which I personally love since I’m not a fan of applying creams. I would definitely buy these again and highly recommend them if you’re looking for an easy, low-maintenance way to keep your heels soft.
