How to cook sticky rice:
- Soak the sticky rice in water overnight (or at lest 4-5 hours)
- After soaking the rice, then transfer it to the basket covered with white cloth.
- Placed the basket on the steaming pot containing boiling water.
- Usually it just takes 15-20 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, check the rice if still a little bit crunchy should continue steaming more few minutes.
