Sessions will last 60 minutes and take place virtually over video conference. Please fill out the questionnaire when booking your appointment so that we can make the most of the session.
SAVE $30 by booking 4 sessions upfront! You will schedule your first session via the widget and we will schedule the subsequent sessions when we meet. The cadence of sessions is up to you, but there should be one week minimum between each session.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the limited slots available, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of booking and no later than 48 hours before the appointment time. Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the appointment time. If you'd like to reschedule, email us at [email protected] immediately and we will try to accommodate you at a different time. Exceptions to our policies are issued on a case-by-case basis. Coaching sessions cannot be refunded.
