If the liquid level is over the position that marked by red line, the machine will suck the extra liquid and make it back flow to the material container. There is a spring for each nozzle, that can prevent the bottle from breaking due to larger air pressure.
The high quality electric eye can be used to receive and send out signal to control the machine fill liquid automatically, it helps to improve filling accuracy and save working labor.
The storage tank is used to storage extra liquid in the bottles,this can ensure the liquid will be not wasted and there is no contact between liquid and pumps or mechanical components.
The chain conveyor belt is with large loading capacity,this can ensure bottles will be transported faster and stably, reduce production labor and error.
