Our custom-made dual canister muffler bodies are designed specifically for the SW20 chassis, ensuring perfect fitment and optimized function.
Our system boasts of a 3" B-pipe that leads to dual 3" mufflers, culminating in 4" slash cut single wall tips. These specifications have been fine-tuned to deliver the best sounding and flowing exhaust on the market today. The dual layered muffler packing, made of stainless steel wool and high density glass, negates any unwanted resonance, giving you a smooth and controlled sound. The straight through perforated muffler core further enhances the exhaust flow.
The system features a full 3" (76.2mm) piping from the downpipe back, with a handmade 3" merge collector for maximum exhaust efficiency. We’ve also included a 3" B-pipe stainless steel braided flex section for enhanced durability and performance. Our CNC bent muffler hangers and brackets come with custom made hanger braces, ensuring precise fitment and alignment.
The entire system is fully polished, featuring ½” thick flanges for a warp-free, leak-free seal. The attention to detail is evident in every component, all of which are designed to support in excess of 450+ RWHP. By installing our True Dual 3" Exhaust System, you can expect horsepower gains from 20-50RWHP versus stock, a testament to our commitment to delivering unmatched performance.
