「死」是什麼意思？天堂又是哪裡呢？

比利時國寶級繪本作家。1957年出生於比利時，學過繪圖、平面設計和攝影，而後在平面設計產業工作多年，現為全職的童書插畫家。1998年憑藉繪本《奇奇兔成長繪本1：我很特別》一書，榮獲哈塞爾特國際插畫大獎。從此以後，開啟了國際童書插畫家的生涯，創作了許多暢銷故事，如《小袋鼠》（暫譯）、《小白魚系列》繪本，並獲得許多獎項。2007年，作品《小袋鼠》（暫譯）獲選為荷蘭年度最佳圖畫書；同年榮獲《讀者文摘》最佳童書插畫家獎。過去十年來，他的作品已經在全球30多個國家出版。
