The Austin Air HealthMate Plus Replacement Filter FR450A HM450B BLACK contains all the same materials as the standard HealthMate FR-450B filter — a Medical-Grade HEPA filter enclosed by a carbon/zeolite mixture — plus an infused potassium iodide additive. This amplifies the removal of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), making it ideal for those with chemical sensitivities or in highly contaminated environments.

I haven't actually experienced this watch ever running out of power even after months of use. Damn impressive, as it should be.
