The PSS (Packless Sealing System) shaft seal is designed as a maintenance free alternative to the traditional packing glands and stuffing boxes. The PSS does not require a greaser drip to lubricate the shaft, if does not require packing and it doesn't need adjusting or maintaining once installed. The design of the PSS seal makes it 100% watertight when installed correctly to prevent water leaking into the bilge, and it also protects the propeller shaft from wear. A mechanical seal is created between a rotating stainless steel 316 rotor and a stationary carbon/graphite stator. The stator attaches to a convoluted rubber bellow which attaches at the other side to the stern tube (shaft log) with the use of hose clamps. The rotor secures to the prop shaft to complete the installation. Because the bellows can compress and expand, fore and aft movement of the shaft caused by propeller thrust does not affect the seal created. The static carbon stator is purposely bored larger than the shaft diameter to allow for any problems caused by misalignment and vibration. Under normal operating conditions, the carbon stator and the stainless steel rotor should never need replacing, and nor should the two nitrile O-rings used to seal the rotor to the shaft. This PSS seal features a rubber bellows which is designed with durability, strength and elasticity all in mind. Seals are available in a wide range of sizes for different propeller shafts and stern tube diameters. All PSS shaft seals are certified by ABS, Bureau Veritas and RINA.Shipping Notes

Cleans well and smells fresh, but bottle is hard to pour

I’ve been using this hand soap refill for a few weeks now, and overall I’m very happy with it. The soap has a pleasant scent that smells clean without being too strong, and it leaves my hands feeling refreshed instead of dry. I also like that the refill size lasts a long time and saves money compared to buying smaller bottles repeatedly. It lathers nicely and works well for everyday use in the kitchen and bathroom. However, the large refill container can be a little awkward to pour without spilling if you’re not careful. Still, the quality of the soap itself is great, and I would definitely purchase it again.

Convenient refill that lasts a long time

I bought this hand soap refill to save money and reduce plastic waste, and overall I’ve been very pleased with it. The soap has a pleasant scent that isn’t too strong, and it leaves my hands feeling clean without making them feel dry afterward. I also like how easy it is to refill existing dispensers instead of constantly buying new bottles. The large refill size lasts much longer than expected, which is convenient for a busy household. However, pouring the soap into smaller dispensers can be a little messy if you’re not careful. The packaging is somewhat bulky as well. Excellent mineral sunscreen for sensitive skin.

I’ve been using the Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral Sunscreen, and it’s become a staple in my routine. As someone with sensitive skin, I really appreciate that it’s fragrance-free and uses zinc oxide, providing great protection without causing any irritation or breakouts. It goes on smoothly, isn't overly greasy, and the water resistance holds up well for outdoor activities. The smart cap technology is a nice touch, too. Highly recommended if you’re looking for effective, non-irritating sun protection.
