Under close inspection, you will notice that the chain perfectly sits into the valley of the tooth. This reduces friction and better distributes the load of the chain when it arrives in the tooth.

Francie Isn't Interested

Cute, colorful and appears well made. I can't comment on how well it holds up to heavy chewing as my Jackshund (Francie) doesn't seem interested in it...possibly because it does not have a squeaker... It is a good size, not soft and squishy but harder (rope), which is why I purchased it, hoping it would last longer than some other dog toys that Francie has ripped apart. I may pass it on to two large granddogs.
