'Stunningly imagined' Kirkus Reviews

'The past is never done with- always the song continues.'

Harlow Donne has sacrificed his life to the study of the Classical world. So when he is invited to Oxford University to work on an obscure collection of papyrus fragments it is an academic's dream come true. He must leave behind his daughter and wife in Canada, but offers like this don't come twice and he badly needs a change of fortune. Then, while studying in the Bodleian Library, he unearths a completely undiscovered account of the Trojan War, a glimpse into the founding of Western civilisation itself. He names the poem The Psoad, after its protagonist, a commoner identified only as Psoas, the son of nobody.

As sole translator and author of The Psoad, Harlow dedicates the poem and its footnotes to his daughter Helen, allowing the text to unlock the echoes of the ancient Greeks into the present day, and to share a personal message with his beloved child. Despite the two-thousand-year gap between the two, a thread hasn't frayed- the universal song of homesickness and regret, of ambition, love and grief.

In this masterpiece of myth, history and domesticity, Son of Nobody explores how stories become facts, the price we pay to share them and how we live-then, now and always.

Im glad i didnt buy this at full price. Fully charged and I kept having to charge it everyday, sometimes 2xs a day. The rope and loop is sturdy enough to last through his incessant chewing and now he just tosses it around n bops it with his nose. 3 functions were cool. I just wish this stayed charged for longer periods. I bought this as his crate toy vs eating his bed lol it was fun while it lasted

Great interactive toy
Color: Blue
I give this 5 stars because I have no issues at all. We've had it for 3 months and still going strong. Battery lasts a few days. It has 3 different settings and goes to sleep after 5 minutes so I just open it up and turn it on again. I charge it on my android charger. Charges really fast. My dog (pomeranian) loves the ropes and she gets an enormous amount of exercise from it when I can't take her out for a walk.

Great chew toys!
Color: Purple, Size: Medium (Pack of 1), Color: Purple, Size: Medium (Pack of 1)
Keenan LOVES this toy! He will play with it all day. Running around the house, chasing as it bounces in different directions. And he'll be so content chewing on it for long periods of time. It makes an annoying sound when he chews, but I can live with it if it's keeping him entertained. This is the second purple rubber toy from this brand that I've purchased, the other being the squirrel one, which was his favorite until I purchased this for Christmas. They are super durable, his squirrel is still going strong. Even without putting food/treats inside, these are great toys for dogs that enjoy the softer rubber type chew toys. My only con is that it's a little big for him. He weighs 70lbs and I got the medium. It's fine but he has a hard time carrying it because of its size/shape, and he can't catch it when I toss it to him. Think I'm gonna buy the small size to see if it's any better.
