Full speed - A full-length carbon-fibre Flyplate provides a propulsive, racing feel. A higher angle of the plate and lower heel-to-toe drop compared with the Vaporfly 3 give you an improved propulsive feel.

More energy return - Nike ZoomX, our most responsive foam, just got faster. Running from heel to toe, it unlocks even more energy return than before thanks to a slight midsole reduction, giving you a bouncy, feathery feel.

Less weight - Engineered mesh offers improved comfort and a disappearing feel on your foot. It helps reduce the weight of the shoe while supplying a more consistent fit. And we reduced the size of the heel and tongue, saving even more weight.

Light feel - See how the midsole bulges out by the heel? We designed it that way to help reduce weight on the inside of the foot to give you a more stable ride. We reduced the weight of the outsole by using a thinner rubber compared with the Vaporfly 3. You still get the same reliability, just without any unnecessary thickness.
