The new Platatac DE (Dive/Echelon) Bag V2 is based around our classic, tried and tested, dyed in the wool dive bags with some additional features to cater to various tasks and roles. It is available in two sizes, a large for long trips/deployments and a medium for backs of vehicles or when storage space is at a premium.

The DE Bag V2 is manufactured from rugged, water-resistant 1000D nylon Cordura material. For added strength, the 50mm webbing that forms the shoulder strap and carry handles runs the full length and width of the bag. The main compartment features a D shaped zipper opening for ease of accessing and storing gear. There are two mesh pockets on the inside of the lid and two mesh zippered compartments running the full length of the bag to separate equipment and stow smaller items.

A large zippered compartment down each side and a medium zippered pocket at each end of the bag allow you to separate wet/dirty clothes, dirty shoes or extra gear without sacrificing volume and space in the main compartment. The web tape carry handle has a hook and loop cover further increasing comfort when carrying the DE Bag and is long enough to sling over your shoulder if required. A 38mm webbing handle at each end make lifting and moving the bag a little easier.

The shoulder strap is permanently attached and is adjustable for length, and the lid features a 100mm x 100mm hook and loop field to attach an ID patch.
