Experience dependable, high-definition color surveillance with the EverFocus Network Camera - Color. Built to perform in challenging environments, this IP camera delivers crisp 1080p video at up to 1920 x 1080 resolution, ensuring faces, license plates, and activity are captured with clarity. Designed for both indoor and outdoor deployments, it combines true day/night color imaging with low-light sensitivity to provide reliable color footage when lighting is sufficient and sharp grayscale or enhanced contrast in darkness. With features like wide dynamic range, infrared illumination, and flexible pan/tilt/zoom capabilities, this camera is a versatile solution for businesses, campuses, retail locations, and residential compounds seeking vigilant, around-the-clock monitoring. Its compact form factor, robust construction, and covert-friendly options make it suitable for discreet surveillance where aesthetics and discretion matter. Whether you’re upgrading an existing security system or building a new one, this EverFocus network camera promises consistent performance, easy integration with IP-based NVRs, and scalable coverage that grows with your security needs.

  • High-definition color video with flexible resolution: This network camera supports up to 1920 x 1080 resolution, delivering sharp, clear footage that supports detailed security tasks such as facial recognition and activity tracking. The 1080p color image ensures accurate color representation under varied lighting conditions, enabling security operators to identify important details quickly. With a stable IP interface, it integrates seamlessly into modern surveillance ecosystems, letting you view live streams, store recordings, and manage cameras from a centralized interface. The camera’s image sensor and codec choices are optimized to balance bandwidth usage with image quality, ensuring efficient operation in a range of network environments.
  • Low-light performance with true day/night capability: The EverFocus color network camera is engineered for environments where lighting is inconsistent. It combines a low-lux sensor with true day/night functionality to switch between color imaging in adequate light and enhanced luminance or grayscale in darker conditions. This capability preserves critical detail as ambient light drops, helping you maintain visibility during nighttime hours or in dim industrial spaces. The result is dependable surveillance around the clock, without sacrificing important color cues during the day and maintaining legibility when lighting is poor.
  • Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) for challenging lighting: Scenes with strong backlighting or mixed lighting can obscure important activity. The WDR feature on this camera helps balance exposure across bright and dark areas, producing clearer footage where shadows would otherwise obscure detail. This makes it ideal for entryways, roadways, lobby areas, and storefronts where windows or bright lighting create harsh contrasts. By preserving details in both highlights and shadows, the camera improves object recognition, reduces blind spots, and enhances overall situational awareness for operators reviewing footage.
  • Infrared illumination for nighttime visibility: Built-in infrared LEDs enable effective surveillance after dark, providing grayscale imagery with good contrast when ambient light is minimal. The IR capability extends watchful coverage to nights, early mornings, and poorly lit interiors, ensuring continued monitoring without the need for external lighting. Infrared performance supports persistent security operations, multi-shift vigilance, and proactive threat detection, especially in perimeter, parking, and exterior environments where darkness is a factor.
  • Versatile PTZ, covert-ready design, and broad deployment options: The camera’s pan/tilt/zoom capabilities offer flexible viewing angles and precise targeting of specific areas or events. Its design supports indoor and outdoor installations, with mounting options that accommodate ceiling, wall, or pendant setups. For applications requiring discreet monitoring, covert configurations and discreet housing options help blend surveillance equipment into the environment. This versatility makes it suitable for retail counters, hallways, campuses, industrial facilities, and outdoor public spaces where a balance of coverage, discretion, and reliability is essential.

How to install EverFocus Network Camera - Color

Installing this network camera is straightforward for professional installers and capable DIY users. Follow these practical steps to ensure a reliable setup and optimal performance.

  • Plan your installation: Identify the best mounting location to cover the desired area, taking into account line of sight, potential obstructions, and weather exposure for outdoor deployments. Gather the necessary hardware, including appropriate mounting brackets, screws, and a suitable conduit or cable route.
  • Provide power and connectivity: If your environment supports Power over Ethernet (PoE), connect the camera to a PoE-enabled switch or NVR for both power and data transmission. If PoE is not available, prepare a compatible power supply and plan for separate power cabling in addition to the Ethernet connection.
  • Connect and configure network access: Run an Ethernet cable from the camera to your network, then access the device via its web interface or through your NVR’s device discovery tool. Assign a unique IP address (static or DHCP) and verify network connectivity by pinging the camera and confirming live video feeds.
  • Adjust video settings for optimal image quality: Set the camera to the desired resolution (up to 1920x1080), toggle true day/night operation, enable or configure WDR, and adjust exposure, gain, sharpness, and white balance to suit the installation lighting. If infrared is used, configure IR sensitivity and trigger times to balance visibility with battery or power considerations.
  • Calibrate PTZ, focus, and privacy features: Program any necessary pan/tilt/zoom presets to cover key zones, fine-tune autofocus or manual focus, and implement privacy masking where required by policy or privacy regulations. Test continuous recording or motion-triggered alerts and verify alert notifications on the NVR or connected security software.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
