Honey Figs Banana Smoothie

Dried figs and banana smoothie can be a filling morning snack. We use natural sweetness of dried figs and honey instead of sugar. Ingredients: 4 spoons of honey mixed 3 cups of chilled low fat milk 1 cup sliced bananas 8 tbsp fresh low fat curd Directions: * Add all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till its completely smooth. * Pour into two glasses and garnish each glass with cashewnut halves. Serve chill. Note: This is for a serving size of two. Increase the ingredients for more serving. If Honey Figs are not available, add 8 soaked dry figs for 30 minutes and 3 tsp honey.
