The BladeRunner intake manifold represents the next generation in intake manifold design. The BladeRunner intake manifold uses a unique MDV (Multiple Directional Vane) technology to guide the air through the manifold maximizing air flow. Constructed out of cast aluminum and uses a proprietary internal bolt design to help increase the flow and provide a solid seal void of leaks or deformities. The BladeRunner comes with ports for nitrous injection, gauges and other accessories used by hardcore enthusiasts. The manifold comes with a crossover pipe plug and can be used with an EGR Cooler Delete. In recent testing the BladeRunner intake manifold outflowed the factory intake by 90%. This intake is specifically designed to provide increased intake volume and velocity while eliminating the factory Throttle Control Valve located at the inlet of the stock intake manifold.

Your stock intake manifold has sharp bends and corners. As air flows around a sharp bend, turbulence and eddies create dead air zones right after the bend, restricting the effective dimension of the flow passage. The result is restricted and reduced overall airflow. The aFe BladeRunner Intake Manifold uses Multiple Directional Vane (MDV) technology to increase airflow. MDV technology uses smooth bends and directional vanes to form multiple air paths through the manifold. These paths are smoother and shorter, reducing the size of the dead air zones and increasing overall airflow. The BladeRunner manifold also has a higher arc to reduce the sharpness of the angles and the overall passage is enlarged compared to the factory manifold, to increase volume.

The BladeRunner intake manifold increases airflow, improves boost pressure with faster turbo spool-up, and enables your engine to create more horsepower and low-end torque. It's constructed from cast A356-T6 aluminum, and includes ports for nitrous injection, gauges, test probes and other accessories used by hardcore enthusiasts.
