There’s a new PE teacher at Mermaid School and he’s very strict. Marnie Blue and her friends are horrified when he brings back Golden Glory sports day, with a super-tricky obstacle relay. It’s a turtle disaster!

Marnie Blue is so excited! She is going on a school trip to see the legendary palace of Queen Maretta with all her friends. But when Mum is too unwell to join the trip, Aunt Christabel agrees to come in her place, and she was offishially the naughtiest mermaid the school has ever known.

Marnie Blue is shocked when lots of plastic rubbish starts to appear in Mermaid Lagoon. It's causing all sorts of problems and even harming the underwater animals.

Marnie Blue and her school friends are spending the weekend at CORAL, an activity centre in Mermaid Lagoon. There will be lots of fun things to do, like playing with the water catapult and singing round the bubble fire.

The good with the bad

Photos in listing depict a LINEN pant - in the close up's you can clearly see a linen/cotton like material. To my surprise, these pants are a silky, polyester material. There is NO stretch - I am glad I purchased a size larger than what I consider my " roomy " size. These style is also depicted as a beige and black color pattern, they are more of a light mauve color out of the packaging. Took a steamer to them to get the wrinkles out. Suitable for tall girls ( I am 5'9 ) and wearing them with 3 in wedge. They are cute - dressy enough for a business casual office setting or a date night. Probably not the best for hot humid weather as they are not breathable.

Incredibly comfortable and perfect for summer!

I have to admit, I was a little skeptical about these pants at first. When I initially opened them, they didn’t feel like they had much stretch, and the fabric felt a bit cheap to the touch.
However, once I actually put them on, my opinion completely changed! They are so incredibly comfortable and have a great, effortless drape. The material is lightweight and breathable, making them absolutely perfect for warm summer days. They are easy to style (looked great paired with a simple tank and a denim jacket!) and feel wonderful to move around in.
I am so glad I gave them a chance—I would definitely purchase these again!
