HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Place your deposit ($799) today and pay the remainder (approx. $2496) when your beef is ready to ship. Fulfillment payment is based per pound of your specific beef.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Approximately 180lbs of beef, dependent upon calf size, including about 40% of ground beef (roughly 60-80 individual packages) and 60% assorted cuts (roughly 108 pounds of roasts, steaks and savory cuts).
WHEN WILL YOUR BEEF SHIP?
We have processing dates throughout the month of Oct/Nov and beef will dry age for a minimum of 14 days for premium flavor. Meat will be shipped in Nov/Dec. After you place your deposit, we'll reach out to schedule a shipping date that works best for you.
