I wasn't sure if this Metamucil fiber supplement would make much of a difference, but after taking it consistently, I'm really glad I decided to try it. The results weren't instant, but over time I noticed that I felt lighter, cleaner, and just generally better overall. The sugar-free formula is a nice bonus, and it's easy to make part of a daily routine. I've found that consistency is key, and once I started taking it regularly, I could definitely tell a difference.
