Growing evidence suggests that Cluster Dextrin™ outperforms traditional carbohydrates like maltodextrin, particularly in reducing perceived exertion (RPE). This may be due to improved gastric tolerance, faster glucose uptake, or a combination of both.*
One of the key advantages of Race Fuel is that it allows you to consume significantly more carbohydrate through fluid—up to 2–3 times more than a standard sports drink. This makes it ideal for carbohydrate gut training and for pushing your fuelling limits during high-intensity racing.
