Disco no tejido comprimido con un plato de soporte de fibra de vidrio, fabricado a partir de capas comprimidas de tela abrasiva y resina. Se utiliza en amoladoras angulares para preparar superficies para pintar. Elimina fácilmente las marcas de procesos anteriores y reduce la rugosidad de la pieza. Permite obtener un acabado de alto brillo sin necesidad de utilizar pastas abrasivas. Aplicaciones: Serie 500-Densidad blanda: Decapado general, eliminación de óxido, decapado previo a pintura. Pulido de metales blandos previo aplicación capas. Serie 600-Densidad media: Pulido posterior a eliminación de cordones de soldadura, de piezas de fundición y decolletaje. Pulido y acabado en instrumentos quirúrgicos. Pulido en aluminio fundido, cobre y bronce. Retoque de instrumentos quirúrgicos acero inox, defectos de laminación y mecanizado. Eliminación destellos en piezas de plástico inyectado. Serie 700-Densidad media-dura: Decapado: Eliminación de incrustaciones fuertes, oxidación de aluminio, latonado en tubos de acero, decoloramiento en soldaduras Desbarbado: Eliminación de rebabas en agujeros punzonados en acero inox, marcas de abrasivo grano 80 en aleaciones de níquel y de grano 100 en aluminio, reflejos. Desbardado de ruedas dentadas (cantos en turbinas y hélices). Serie 800-Densidad dura: Pulido de soldaduras en fregaderas y lavabos de acero inox, superficies mecanizadas, herramientas manuales, tubos redondos. Desbardado en roscas en tuberías acero inox, cantos vivos en instrumentos quirúrgicos, fregaderos, lavabos y otras piezas de la industria alimentaria, ruedas dentadas. Matar cantos en piezas de extrusión de aluminio.
