Kollaborativer Roboter
 Aufbauend auf der Sicherheit, Effizienz, Flexibilität und Benutzerfreundlichkeit der CR-Serie durchbricht der CR12A die Traglastgrenze von 12 kg eröffnet und damit ein breiteres Anwendungsspektrum für kollaborative Roboter. Mit einem Arbeitsradius von 1200 mm erfüllt der CR12A die Anforderungen des Schwerlast-Kommissionierens, Verpackens, Palettierens und Schweißens in der Automobil-, Haushaltsgeräte-, Logistik- und Metallverarbeitungsbranche.

 

Benutzerfreundliches Design für eine schnellere Implementierung
 Der CR12A nutzt das branchenweit erste Zweikanal-Endeffektor-Design, das direkt mit mehreren Endwerkzeugen verbunden werden kann. Er verfügt außerdem über eine visuelle Statusanzeige an der Basis zur intuitiven Erkennung des Betriebszustands.

Mehr Möglichkeiten mit hoher Nutzlast und großem Radius.
Der CR12A verfügt über einen Arbeitsradius von 1200 mm und eine maximale Nutzlast von 12 kg. Dank eines fortschrittlichen Bewegungssteuerungsalgorithmus arbeitet der CR12A stabiler und weist bei schnellen Notbremsungen 50 % weniger Restvibrationen auf.

24 Schnittstellenanschlüsse für mehr Flexibilität
 Der CR12A unterstützt Profinet- und Ethernet/IP-Kommunikationsprotokolle und lässt sich nahtlos mit der SPS verbinden. Er verfügt über 24 digitale E/A-Ports mit branchenführender Unterstützung für PNP- und NPN-Schaltung zur einfachen Anwendungserweiterung.

Hohes Schutzniveau für eine sichere Zusammenarbeit.
 Robotergehäuse und Steuereinheit erreichen die hohe Schutzart IP54. Bei Überlastung löst der Roboter automatisch einen Alarm aus. Der CR12A ist außerdem mit einem innovativen elektromagnetischen Bremsschutz ausgestattet, der die Fallhöhe des Endwerkzeugs bei Stromausfall reduziert.

Surprisingly great for my wide feet and high instep!

So thrilled I took a chance on these. Finding boots is impossible for me. I have wide feet, a super high instep, a bunion on one foot, and I wear a hard to find size (10.5). I ordered the 10.5 and 11 in these expecting I might need to size up for width (if I could even get them on). It was a struggle getting the 10.5s on the first time, and once I did they were somewhat uncomfortable on the top of my left foot. But I read that they would relax so decided to give it a go because I need waterproof boots for an upcoming trip and the 11s felt too long. After two days of light wear, they are already breaking in and I have no more discomfort. Getting them on is already easier and they are plenty wide enough and very comfortable to walk in. These are true to size. Super happy and worth a day of mild discomfort to break them in!
