Background

Coronaviruses (CoVs) are enveloped viruses with a positive sense RNA genome, that belong to the subfamily Coronavirinae within the family Coronaviridae, which is part of the Nidovirales order. The CoV virion contains at least four structural proteins: spike (S), envelope (E), membrane (M) and nucleocapsid (N). Among them, the S protein plays an essential role in viral attachment, fusion, entry, and transmission. It comprises an N-terminal S1 subunit responsible for virus–receptor binding and a C-terminal S2 subunit responsible for virus–cell membrane fusion. S1 is further divided into an N-terminal domain (NTD) and a receptor-binding domain (RBD). During infection, CoV first binds the host cell through interaction between its S1-RBD and the cell membrane receptor, triggering conformational changes in the S2 subunit that result in virus fusion and entry into the target cell.

Incredibly Comfortable and Supportive — My New Favorite Pillow！
I wasn’t expecting to love this pillow as much as I do, but the DIORIS large sleeping pillow really exceeded my expectations. From the first night, I noticed a difference in the way my neck and shoulders felt in the morning—less tension, better alignment, and overall more restful sleep. The fill is just the right balance between plush and supportive. It doesn’t flatten out during the night, which is a problem I’ve had with other pillows, especially those that come overstuffed or too soft. This one holds its shape well but still has that cozy, cloud-like feel when you lay your head on it. I’m a side and back sleeper, and this pillow works beautifully in both positions. It’s also large enough that I don’t feel like I’m falling off it during the night, but not so big that it takes over the whole bed. One suggestion: if you’re picky about loft, you might want to give it a gentle fluff or adjust the fill before your first night. But honestly, I didn’t need to do much—it was pretty much perfect out of the bag. Highly recommended if you're looking for a high-quality, comfortable, and generously sized pillow that supports a great night’s sleep!

Hotel like pillow

Very soft, not firm at all
This pillow is very floppy and not firm at all. It is quite large and I was surprised at the size. My dog has taken a liking to it and decided it's now her new dig bed, which is fine by me, because it's really too soft for my liking. If you like soft pillows then this is for you. If you require something with a bit more support then you won't enjoy this pillow.
