In honour of that common spirit, Nike SB released a chunky Dunk Low with colours and textures that are reflective of Ben & Jerry's trademark packaging. In the Nike SB Dunk Low Ben & Jerry’s Chunky Dunky blue skies, bovines, and green meadows all appear in a recognisable shape, while the insole and heel are covered in vibrant tie-dye patterns and striking lettering graphics.

The top of this Nike SB Dunk Low is made of cloudy blue sky as well as green meadow leather, with faux suede overlays and tongues. On the side, yellow Swooshes replicate melting ice cream, with leather emerging from the normal design in a drippy form. A Nike logo in the manner of Ben & Jerry's appears on the heel tab, and then a white and green sole wraps up the look of this Nike SB Dunk Low Ben & Jerry’s Chunky Dunky.

Nike took note of the love skaters had for the Dunk and finally in 2002, introduced the SB Dunk, re-engineered for skating with features such as more padding and better traction. The SB Dunk became a canvas to try out offbeat colour combinations and unusual fabrics like pig suede.
