You have not proceeded past Module 1. Once you proceed past Module 1 and enter/unlock Module 2, the course is no longer eligible for refunds. There is a “Point of No Returns” notification to let you know before you go too far.

If you do not request a refund within 10 days of purchase this product will not be eligible for a refund; no exceptions. A $10 credit card transaction and handling fee will be deducted from the course refund.
