By adding up to six Universal Sensor channels, this pod lets you expand coverage across racks, rows, or data center environments without sacrificing space or simplicity. Built to integrate with select NetBotz appliances, the 150 Pod delivers reliable, centralized monitoring of critical conditions—temperature, humidity, water leaks, smoke, airflow, power anomalies, and other environmental factors—so you can detect issues early, reduce downtime, and protect assets. Whether you’re configuring a single rack or engineering a multi-rack security and monitoring strategy, the 150 Pod is a versatile, cost-efficient way to scale your NetBotz deployment while preserving an organized, professional rack layout.

  • Six additional Universal Sensor ports: Expand your monitoring footprint with six flexible inputs that support a wide range of environmental and physical parameter sensors, enabling comprehensive coverage where you need it most.
  • Seamless compatibility with NetBotz appliances: Designed to work with current generations of NetBotz appliances, including 250A, 750, and 755, as well as 455, 450, and 570 models, ensuring you can upgrade incrementally without replacing your existing infrastructure.
  • Rack-mountable, space-efficient design: Engineered for standard 19-inch rack environments, the Pod integrates neatly into IT closets and data centers, minimizing cable clutter while maximizing monitoring potential across critical spaces.
  • Scalable, modular monitoring: Connect multiple Pods to a single NetBotz appliance via the proprietary interconnect interface to grow your monitoring network as your data center expands or evolves.
  • Centralized alerting and data collection: When paired with a NetBotz appliance, the Pod feeds real-time sensor data into the NetBotz management interface, enabling proactive alerts, historical reporting, and unified security and environmental governance.

How to install Rack Mount, Pod, NetBotz, 150 Rack Sensor

Installing the 150 Rack Sensor Pod is a straightforward process designed for IT professionals and facility teams who manage NetBotz deployments. Follow these general steps to add a Pod to your NetBotz environment and begin collecting expanded sensor data across your equipment racks.

  • Power down or put the NetBotz appliance into a maintenance-friendly state if required by your site policies, then prepare the rack area where the Pod will be mounted.
  • Mount the Pod into a standard 19-inch equipment rack using the manufacturer’s mounting hardware. Ensure the pod is securely fastened and has unobstructed airflow around it for accurate sensor readings.
  • Connect the Pod to your NetBotz appliance using the proprietary interconnect interface. This linkage links the Pod’s six sensor channels to the NetBotz management console for centralized monitoring.
  • Attach Universal Sensor modules to the Pod’s six ports. Configure each sensor type in the NetBotz interface according to the specific monitoring needs of each rack or zone.
  • Power on the Pod (if required) and the NetBotz appliance, then access the NetBotz management dashboard. Validate sensor visibility, assign alert thresholds, and test alerting to ensure critical conditions generate timely notifications.

Perfect for behind the sofa tables.
Color: Black, Size: 6FT, Color: Black, Size: 6FT
Bought 2 for behind the sofa table. We now have a multifunctional table with charging ports and electrical sockets. The couch blocked the outlets, and now we are set. Basically, it's not only for desktop use....be creative :) The pic shows holes cut in the table for easy insertion.

Hides the cables
Size: 36", Size: 36"
Hides the cables. A little expensive but works well. When drilling the holes, be sure to be mindful of the overhang of the net compared to the brackets and the paper template.

Perfect for cable management
Size: 36", Size: 36"
I installed this on my uplift desk and didn’t have to drill any holes. I just used velcro ties on the support beams and it is holding steady. I have about 8 pounds in the mesh holder and the wire management for it is great. Easy to install and functions perfectly

Durable, easy to install, and gets the job done!
Size: 36", Size: 36"
I picked this up since upgrading my desk setup, and was wanting a cleaner, more managed approach to the cables mounted under my desk. Starting with quality, the mesh net is quite strong and can handle putting all kinds of cables and power strips to you liking without worrying about any thing tearing-- it won't even come close, so don't worry. The kit has everything you need to get started: The mesh net, metal pipes to run along the sides, and two mounting brackets to hook those metal pipes onto. On top of that, the product page has a video demo, which is going to do a much better job showing/explaining than I will, so I'd take a look at that if you just picked this up for installation. The net really gets the job done, and I'm happy to give it a 5-star rating for its value, size, functionality, and doing everything it advertised on the page. However, I will add a caveat for those looking for exceptionally clean/low-profile cable management for their desk. The mounting kit was nice to come with a template for you to drill the hooks onto as intended by the manufacturer. However, at this particular width, the net will naturally hang down about 2-3 inches. When looking at a desk from the front, you will still be able to see the net hanging, unless you have a particularly deep desk, or something occluding it. That's not by any means a dealbreaker, but I'd recommend one of two things: - VIVO should consider adding a second mounting template that's wider and pulls the net closer to the table - You can use any drillable hook you might have lying around to add a wider mounting point for the net to be more flush with the desk. Either way, I'm still really happy with the product, and the suggestions above might let you get even more out of it if you're OCD about your cables like I am. All in all, it's a great looking solution for your desk!
