The Uneekor EYE MINI Lite Retractable Package is a complete golf simulator designed for dual-use spaces. The EYE MINI Lite launch monitor mounts permanently overhead at the rear of your room — ceiling-mounted between 9 and 10 feet — while the retractable enclosure deploys and retracts in minutes, giving you a full simulator when you need it and your room back when you don't. Tracking is handled by Uneekor's dual high-speed cameras and patented Dimple Optix technology, capturing 19 data points per shot with no ball markings and no club stickers required. Two Swing Optix cameras are included, so swing video and AI-powered coaching are available from day one. You choose between the HomeCourse Pro or SportScreen Golf Studio retractable enclosure based on your ceiling height and wall setup.

Both are high-quality retractable enclosures but are suited to different room configurations. The HomeCourse Pro mounts to ceilings between 120" and 138" and works well in standard garage and basement setups. The EYE MINI Lite requires 8' minimum (works in low ceilings) ceiling height above the hitting mat. For the full retractable setup, plan for a minimum footprint of approximately 11' wide by 15' deep when deployed. A Windows PC is required to run the EYE MINI Lite but is not included in the package. GSPro is the most popular simulator software pairing for the EYE MINI Lite, and it connects seamlessly with a Pro subscription ($199/yr) or above. The EYE MINI Lite is also compatible with Uneekor's VIEW software platform — which includes the virtual driving range, GameDay, AI Trainer, and Refine+ — plus TGC 2019, E6 Connect, Creative Golf, and ProTee Play. Every EYE MINI Lite includes a 3-month Ultimate trial, giving you full access to everything out of the box.
No — neither. Dimple Optix reads the natural surface of any golf ball, and club data including club path and face angle are captured without reflective stickers. You step in, hit, and get the numbers. No prep between shots, no accessories to maintain.
The EYE MINI Lite stays mounted on the ceiling year-round — only the enclosure and screen retract. When you want to play, you deploy the screen and it's ready in minutes. When you're done, it rolls back against the wall, leaving the floor completely clear. The EYE MINI Lite's rear-mount position means there's no hardware on the floor and nothing between you and the screen when it's deployed.
The SwingBay Package is a permanent, fully-enclosed simulator bay — it stays up and the room becomes dedicated to the sim. The Retractable Package uses a screen that deploys for play and rolls away when not in use, giving you the full room back. Both use the same EYE MINI Lite launch monitor.
