The product contains extra virgin olive oil as a carrier to help with absorption of the oregano oil. The softgel composition includes gelatin, glycerin, and enteric coating to protect the oregano oil from stomach acid and to ensure release in the intestines for optimal efficacy.
Now Foods Oregano Oil Softgels are not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, egg, fish or shellfish ingredients. The manufacturing facility processes other ingredients containing these allergens, however.
Suggested usage is 1 softgel 1 to 3 times daily with meals, as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
